Start off with the amount in the recipe and taste. The key is the coffee and the almond or coconut milk needs to be very warm when they go into the blender with all of the other ingredients so the chocolate melts! This recipe couldn’t be easier…everything goes into the blender, give it whirl and a few seconds later you have decadent, chocolaty, peppermint mocha! Make it special with a dollop of whipped cream and a little shaved sugar free chocolate and you’ll be propelled into mocha bliss! While typically this would call for my regular hot keto coffee, sometimes a special treat is in order, especially around the holidays! This would be an occasion for one of my favorite winter coffee treats…a keto peppermint mocha! Living in Texas our temperatures are pretty mild so you will find me drinking iced coffee year round!
